Hot Buttered Rum
IngredientsIngredients
 1 lb butter  1 lb powd. sugar
 1 lb br. sugar  1 tsp cinnamon
 1 tsp nutmeg  1/2 gal vanilla ice cream
Directions
Blend above ingredients in food processor. Return to freezer.
To serve: 3 Tb mix -- Mug of boiling water Top with whipped
cream and a dash of nutmeg. (This recipe does not require Rum)
Adult version - use your favorite Rum to taste.
And don't forget a few logs for the fireplace.





Brandy Slush

 4 tea bags steeped in 2 c. boilingwater  6 c. hot water
 1 c. sugar  1 - 12 oz can of froz. orange juice
 1 - 12 oz can froz. lemonade  2 c. apricot brandy
Directions
Combine steeped tea, hot water and sugar. Add orange juice and lemonade.
Add brandy. Pour into freezer containeers. Needs to be prepared 24 hrs
ahead. To serve: Scoop into glass and serve with gingerale or 7-up.
Great in summertime!





Kahlua (group)

 3 c. sugar  3 c. water
 3 tsp vanilla  1 qt. vodka
 10 tsp instant coffee
Directions
Bring to a boil: water, sugar, and coffee. Simmer for 1 hr. Cool.
Add vodka and vanilla.
