Toffee Cookies

 1 c. br. sugar (pkd)  1 c. margarine
 1 Tbsp Karo  1 tsp vanilla
 1 c. ch. nuts  2 doz. graham crackers
Directions
Mix sugar, margarine, and Karo. Bring to a boil. Add nuts and vanilla.
Lay crackersin jellyroll pan (as many as can fit). Pour toffee over. Bake
350' for 10 min. Carefull not to scorch. Cool and gently cut apart. (2 doz)





Peanut Butter Chews
IngredientsIngredients
 4 c. sugar  4 c. corn syrup
Bring to a boil and stir in:
 4 c. peanut butter  1 Tbsp butter
Then add: 6 c. corn flakes
Drop by teaspoonfuls on buttered pan. Cool.





Edith's Chocolate Pudding
IngredientsIngredients
 3 c. chocolate milk  1 c. milk
 1 egg  2 Tbsp sugar
 1/2 c. cornstarch  pinch salt
 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mother made in skillet to cook faster. Can be made in microwave.
