Chicken Broccoli
IngredientsIngredients
 1 head broccoli  2 cans mushroom soup
 1 small pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing  4 whole chidken breasts
Directions
Steam chicken breasts in 4 c. water with poultry seasoning.
Save broth. Steam broccoli in broth until tender. Use remaining
broth (according to pkg directions) to prepare dressing. Put
chopped broccoli in bottom of casserole dish. Dice chicken.
Mix with mushroom soup. Put on top of broccoli Spread
prepared stuffingon top of chicken mixture. Bakeat 325' for
45 min. Great with leftover turkey!





Hawaiian Chicken
Marinade:
 12 oz pineapple juice  1/2 c. soy sauce
 1/2 c. sherry (not cooking sherry)  1 Tbsp sugar Mix Marinade.
 Add 6-8 boneless chicken breasts
Cover, refrigerate in covered container (a sealed container
is preferred). Marinate 18-24 hours up to 48 hours before
serving. Grill or broil breasts, basting with marinade as needed.





Crispy Chicken
Ingredients
 3 c. Rice Krispies
 1 tsp paprika
 Mayonnaise
Directions
Put in bag. Brush chicken with mayonnaise and shake. Bake 425' for 40-45 min.
