|  1 lb ground beef or 1/2 beef, 1/2 sausage |
|  1 onion, chopped |
| Directions |
Brown meat, drain. Saute onions with meat. Add 1 pkg tacoseasoning.
Spread: 2 can refried beans into 10"x15" baking pan. Top with meat.
Sprinkle 1 can chopped chilies (opt). Cover with 2-3 c. Monterey Jack
or Cheddar Cheese. Drizzle 3/4 c. taco sauce. Bake at 400' uncovered
for 20-25 min Remove from oven. Top with 1 c. sliced black or green
olives. Mound 1 c. sour cream in center. | |
